Is this even a question? Mike Trout is the best player in all of baseball and one of the best of all time. If he retired right now he would already be a first-ballot Hall of Famer. He has finished first or second in MVP voting every year except for one, a yea where he was injured. Trout will hit .300 with 35 home runs every year. He will also steal roughly 25 bases and play great defense in one of the most challenging positions every year. The fact that Mike Trout has been playing this way for the past several years without ever hitting a slump truly shows he is the best player in MLB today.
